What this site collects, why, who else sees it and how long it is kept. In short: no tracking cookies, no ads, and nothing is sold.

This site is run by Quillvora. For anything about your data, write to me through the contact form on the home page; I answer requests as soon as I can.
Your name, email address, subject, budget range and message are stored on the server and e-mailed to me so that I can reply. They are used only to answer you and are kept until I delete the conversation. If the automatic reply is on, you receive one confirmation email.
A comment is shown publicly with the name you type; no email address is asked for. If AI review is switched on, the text of each new comment is sent to the language-model provider (OpenRouter and the model it routes to) only to flag spam or abuse; a person decides what happens to a comment. Comments stay until I remove them, and you can ask me to delete yours.
If you subscribe, your email address and language are stored. A confirmation email comes first (double opt-in): you are on the list only after you press the button in it, and an unconfirmed address receives nothing. The list is used only for new-article emails and is never shared or sold. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Emails are sent through Plunk, which processes your address on my behalf. An address that unsubscribed is kept, marked as unsubscribed, so that nobody mails it again by mistake; ask me and I will delete it completely.
The contact, comment, newsletter and chat forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people from bots. It loads from Google only when you start using a form; Google then receives your IP address and some browser details, under its own privacy policy and terms. It is used only for spam protection.
The chat assistant sends each question you type, together with the earlier messages of the conversation, to a language-model provider (OpenRouter and the model it routes to) so that it can answer. By default the site does not store your questions or the answers: the conversation stays in this browser tab and disappears when you close it. If the owner has switched on question collection (the chat footer says so), the text of each question is kept for a limited time, after e-mail addresses, links, phone numbers and long digit runs are removed, only to see what the site is missing; the answer, your address, cookies and any identifier are never stored. If the assistant cannot answer, it offers a form to leave a message; what you write there is handled like the contact form. Please do not type personal or confidential information into the chat.
The public pages set no cookies. The only thing they keep in your browser is your light or dark theme choice (in local storage, on your device only, never sent to the server), and the chat keeps its conversation in the tab’s session storage until you close the tab. Cookies exist only in the admin panel (the sign-in session of the owner and team). Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies when it loads.
Visits are counted without cookies. For each page view the server stores the page, the language, a device class (phone, tablet or desktop), the site you came from (domain only) and a one-way hash, rebuilt every day, of your address and browser: enough to count unique visitors per day, not enough to follow anyone from one day to the next, and not reversible. Bots, the owner’s own visits and visitors who send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted.
Data lives on the site’s database server and is reachable only by the owner’s team through the admin panel; passwords are hashed, sign-in can use two-step verification, and changes are logged by field name, never by content. To limit abuse, a hashed (unreadable) form of your address is kept for a short time to count how often a form is sent. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through the contact form; this includes your rights under KVKK for residents of Türkiye and under the GDPR for residents of the EU.
